Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AYIMAH. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please read the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return:

Returns Eligibility:

1. All returns must be requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.
2. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
3. Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from AYIMAH. If you purchased our product from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy.

Return Shipping: Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories.
   
3. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it for eligibility, we will process your refund within 2-4 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
